Warn-range Suspension

For those drivers who registered a blood-alcohol concentration in the warn range level of 0.05 to 0.08, posing an immediate danger to other road users and themselves. If you are caught driving in the warn range level, an immediate suspension on your driver’s license will be imposed at the roadside:

  • 3-day suspension for the first occurrence
  • a suspension of 7 days for the second occurrence and you need to undergo and complete the remedial alcohol education program.
  • substantially increased sanctions and penalties for each of the subsequent occurrences.
